Our Return Policy

Chokleto takes extreme care in packing all customer orders due to the delicate nature of chocolate. During certain times of the year, orders shipped to parts of the country with elevated temperatures will be packed with ice to help preserve the beautiful design you’ve selected for your Chocolate gift.
Because temperatures vary across the cities, we may choose not to ship over the weekend to some destinations, as carriers do not deliver on the weekends  and may leave your package sitting in a hot warehouse facility.
Expedited shipping may be required based on destination.

Please contact Chokleto immediately if you have a problem with your order. All replacement and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order (determined by Courier tracking).

Please read and understand the terms of cancellation and returns carefully.


Double check your online order before confirming your order, please make sure you review your order carefully. As per our system, a confirmed order goes into the production queue automatically and therefore, it cannot be cancelled.

Missing and Damaged/or Incorrect Items

If you open your package and found that  something is missing or the wrong product was received or chocolate melted, please take a photo of your items, including the shipping box, and email our Customer Service Department at info@chokleto.com 

Chokleto is not liable for typos or mistakes in the information uploaded or submitted by the customer. In case the customization details given by the customer have not been incorporated into the product correctly we will remake and re-ship the order at no extra charge.

. Since food products cannot be returned, please take care when ordering – especially in the summer months.

Changes in order details/shipping address

It’s important that you, Courier, and Chokleto work together to insure a successful delivery. Due to the temperature sensitive nature of our products we strongly recommend that someone be present to accept delivery (so if you’re sending this as a gift let your recipient know when to expect it). 

Any change in shipping details has to be intimated to us within 24 hours of placing Order. We will try and accommodate the change but we cannot be held responsible for delay or non-delivery of such an order.

Delayed Delivery / Non Delivery of order

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

Chokleto is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  • You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
  • Your recipient is out of town or not available,

We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers’ end.
